01
Three things you can check before you pay
We do not sell invisible hours. Here is what gets written down and what you can hold us to.
7
Scope items locked before any work starts
Page count and page names, languages and who translates, who supplies photos and testimonials and by when, form type and where notifications land, two revision rounds, launch date, and payment milestones. Anything outside that list is logged as a change request, not quietly absorbed.
14
Working days from scope lock to handover
The dates go in the proposal, along with what we need from you at each stage. If assets or feedback arrive late, the launch date moves and you hear it before the date passes, not after.
24
QA items that must pass before anything goes live
HTTPS and redirects, responsive across two browsers, every CTA tested, the WhatsApp link opening the right pre-filled message, one test lead sent and confirmed by you, unique metadata per page, sitemap and canonical, event tracking live. You get the checklist filled in.

Packages
Three ways in. If you are not sure which one fits, start with the audit — the fee is credited if you continue.
Digital Presence Audit
For vendors who need a diagnosis first
Rp750rb–2jt
- A review of your site, Google Business Profile, social, and the path visitors take to contact you
- A priority roadmap: what to fix first and why
- Credited in full if you continue to a project
Launch Page
For new businesses or vendors with no site yet
Rp4–7jt
- One landing page that makes services and pricing legible
- WhatsApp deep link and a validated inquiry form
- Baseline analytics and Search Console
Growth Website
Our core product
Rp8–18jt
- 5–8 pages including portfolio and FAQ
- From a button that opens the portfolio to one that asks about a date
- SEO baseline and six tracking events in place
Ranges, not single figures. The final number appears in the proposal once discovery is done and scope is locked. Everything on this page is a test price until three paid deliveries are recorded with their actual hours.
Wedding Vendor Growth System
Rp12–18jt
The package we build most often: bilingual, a case study layout for 6–12 projects, a date availability inquiry form, WhatsApp deep link, SEO baseline, Google Business Profile audit, a recorded handover, and an inquiry response SOP. Built for planners, photographers, MUAs, florists, venues, and villas whose work is strong but lives only on Instagram.
03
What we have built
We built both of these for our own businesses, not as paid client work. Saying so plainly matters, because what you can judge from them is how the work is done — not the length of a client list.
Our own projectAllegra Chamber Bali
Wedding musicians — live piano and strings for Bali weddings
- Bilingual English and Indonesian with hreflang and x-default
- Primary CTA "Check your date" opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message
- Eight sections including repertoire, packages, gallery, and a page written for wedding planners
- Structured data for LocalBusiness, MusicGroup, and VideoObject
Our own projectFP Music Production
Music studio and music production service in Denpasar
- Bilingual Indonesian and English with hreflang and x-default
- Fourteen pages, including four separate service pages: music production, mixing and mastering, sound design, recording
- Standalone pricing, portfolio, blog, and booking pages
- Structured data for FAQPage and LocalBusiness with coordinates
Every point above can be checked by opening the sites yourself. We list no inquiry counts and no Google positions, because those are outcomes we do not control on our own.
04
What actually gets built
Not just pages that look good. These are the parts that decide whether a visitor becomes a conversation.
A WhatsApp button that does not open an empty chat
The message already names the service, the date, and the venue or area. The visitor fills in the brackets and sends. You stop spending three replies working out what someone wants.
A form that asks the questions that decide the booking
Service, date, venue or area, and guest context. Validation runs on the server, spam is filtered, and the notification reaches your inbox. The form never collects sensitive data.
Six events recorded, not just pageviews
view_service, view_portfolio, click_whatsapp, form_start, generate_lead, and booking_start. That is how you see which pages produce conversations and which ones are merely busy.
A thank-you page that gives the next step
Not a dead end with a thank you on it. The visitor knows when you reply and what to have ready before you do.
What we count as a lead
An inquiry that names the service, a date or rough timeline, and enough context to answer it — and that fits what you actually sell. A WhatsApp click is not a lead. A pageview is not a result. Those are the numbers we report, not the chart that flatters everyone.
05
Fourteen working days
Every stage needs one thing from you. When that thing is late, the launch date moves.
Day 0
Scope lock and 50–60% upfront payment
Written approval of the scope and one decision-maker
Days 1–2
Discovery, review of what exists, asset checklist
A 60–90 minute call and read access to the relevant accounts
Days 3–4
Wireframe and draft copy, messaging approval
Corrections to every claim, price, and testimonial — you verify all of them
Days 5–8
Build: pages, form, tracking, SEO baseline
Photos, video, logo, and testimonials by the dates in the asset checklist
Days 9–10
QA across devices and browsers
Confirmation that one test lead reached your inbox
Days 11–12
Revisions, two rounds maximum
One feedback document from one person, not scattered messages
Days 13–14
Launch, handover, 30-day review booked
An hour to hand over access and walk through the inquiry response SOP
06

07
What we do not promise
Rankings, lead counts, bookings, or revenue
Those depend on parties we do not control. All we can promise is the work itself: the page live on the date written into the proposal, and a report of how many inquiries came in. If a vendor guarantees you the top spot on Google, ask what that guarantee is based on.
That we hold your assets
Domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, and analytics are in your name from day one. You can revoke our access at any point without breaking anything. We do not hold accounts hostage as leverage.
A track record
Our first paying client does not exist yet. We will not dress our own projects up as client work to make the list look longer. If track record is what you check first, our count is zero.
That a website is the answer
If the first call shows the real constraint is your photography, your reply time, or your ads, we will say so and not sell you a project. A website does not fix an offer that is not clear yet.
08
Questions that keep coming up
Taken from real discovery calls.
How much does a website cost in Bali?
The numbers that apply right now: Digital Presence Audit IDR 750k–2m, credited if you go ahead. Launch Page IDR 4–7m for a single page. Growth Website IDR 8–18m for 5–8 pages. Wedding Vendor Growth System IDR 12–18m. These are test prices and they can change. The binding number is the one written in the proposal once scope is locked.
Why is this more expensive than a IDR 300–750k website?
Because it is a different thing being sold, not a better-looking one. At that price you are buying a finished page: template, domain, hosting. What we build is what happens after a visitor taps the button — a date availability form, a WhatsApp message that carries the context of the conversation, six events recorded, and a written process for answering inquiries. If a page that is simply online is what you actually need, the IDR 300k option is a reasonable choice, and we will say so on the discovery call.
How long until my site is live?
Fourteen working days from scope lock to handover, provided assets and feedback arrive by the dates in the asset checklist. If photos or testimonials are not ready by day 5, the launch date moves and you hear about it before the date passes.
Who writes the content?
We draft it from discovery and you correct it. What we need from you: service facts, pricing, real testimonials, and corrections to anything wrong. Copywriting with no input at all is not part of any package — the result would read like any agency writing for any client.
Whose name are the domain and accounts in?
Yours. Everything is listed in the access inventory handed over at launch, including where each account lives and who owns it. You can revoke our access whenever you want.
How many revision rounds do I get?
Two, from one feedback document, from one decision-maker. That is not stinginess — feedback arriving from five people through five channels is the fastest way to miss a launch date. A third round onward is a change request with agreed cost and time.
Can the site be bilingual?
Yes, English and Indonesian. The two versions are written separately as complete scripts and never mixed inside one paragraph, because an English reader who hits a stray Indonesian sentence mid-paragraph closes the tab. Adding a language after scope approval is a change request.
Why a price range instead of a fixed number?
Before discovery we do not know how many pages you need, whether it is bilingual, or how many case studies need rebuilding. Naming one number now would be a guess. The final number is in the proposal once scope is locked, and it does not move after that except through a change request.
How will I know it worked?
We report how many inquiries came in, where they came from, and how many were qualified by the definition above. Not a pageview chart. If the numbers are bad, the report says so — that is what makes it useful for deciding the next move.
Do I have to take a retainer after launch?
No. Your site keeps running without us. A retainer exists for vendors who want to keep adding service pages and case studies with monthly reporting. If there is no clear work to do in a given month, we will tell you not to take it.
09
Two ways to start
Both end in a 60–90 minute discovery call. If it turns out a website is not what you need, the call is still useful and you are not charged for it.
You know what you need
Send a WhatsApp message. It is already half written — fill in your business, what you want fixed, and your area.
You are still weighing it up
Use this form to request the package guide. We reply with a price range and an example page structure for a business like yours.
